Our prices start from $1,100 for consent orders to be prepared and lodged with the court on your behalf.

Essentials Package

Suitable for couples with standard asset and debts with a net value of under $1.5 million.

You will need to get the documents signed by your ex-partner.Legal advice not related to document preparation
This package just includes document preparation and lodging. For the minority of cases where the court asks questions about the agreement, usually because the deal is unfair, you can upgrade to the full-service package.Complex Situations
The Essential package does not include complex situations.
Examples of complex situations that would require the full-service include:
- If there is any trust
- Self-managed super funds
- Overseas pension transfers
- Total net assets of over $1.5 million dollars

Have more than one property?
$330 per property after the first.
It’s important to remember that we charge for properties whether or not they are being divided.
Need a super split?
$440 per division.
A super split is only needed if superannuation is being transferred from one superannuation fund to another.
Are you out of time?
$440 flat fee.
We can still proceed with lodging consent orders if you are out of time however there will be a fee. Eg more than 2 years since separation (if de facto) or more than 1 year since divorce (if married)
A business (non-trust)
$330 per business.
Does not matter whether it’s being divided or not.
Overseas Assets
$440 flat fee.
Limited to simple cases. E.g. each person keeps what they own.
Full Service
From $2,750
The full service is suitable for those with more complex circumstances or who need a bit more assistance.

2 properties
Two properties are included. If you have more than two properties you can add them as extras.1 business (if not a trust)
One business is included if it is not a trust. If you have more businesses or businesses with a trust, you can add them as extras.1 Super Split
One super split is included, if you want to transfer money from one superannuation fund to another fund.Communication with your former partner and their lawyer
The communication will be limited to obtaining details needed to complete the documents about their financial affairs. This is suitable if you are not on speaking terms or if there is a restraining order in place.Detailed legal advice and assistance for the duration of your matter
